I'd go for a 18x8.5 wide wheel with 5.5 inches of backspacing with a 285x65x18 tire. These are close to 33 inches tall and will fit on a leveled 4x2 assuming it's a 2004-08 body style. A 275x65x18 (32") will look good also. Just my 2 cent's!
