They didn't accept my offer and countered with something really close, but I decided to go conservative and bought an older (2004) FX4 that is identical to my old truck except for color. I had a black '05, now I have a silver '04. No lift yet, but I just went to a shop to get a quote on an 8" Rize lift with 37" tires. I'll get some pics up when it's a done deal.

 

If you don't offroad much I don't see an issue with it.
