Dash rattle has driven me crazy on my 2000 f150. I took the dash almost completely apart and the rattle was still there. It was one of these that you could hear the best, at an idle and just as you started moving. I found it after weeks of looking to be the cable to the gas pedel. Easy fix once you find it!!
