Question ? for towing guys...

Looking at these 2 hybrid trailers. Already used the search, but need some clarity on towing that my truck can safely handle. I will be towing 5/6 times a year mostly out to the desert and occasionally will have to drive up steep grades, but very seldom.

Trailer#1
20'
4980# trailer wt dry
7000# gross wt

Trailer#2
26'
6700# trailer wt dry
10000# gross wt

mods:
33" tires
4.6 Procharged w/ custom SCT Tune
2 core radiator
BBK Ceramic Shorty Headers
SI/DO Flowmaster 40 exhaust
Flex 270 Efan
Deep sump trans pan
DIY Efan for aftermarket trans cooler
Aftermarket oil cooler
PML Diff cover with 4.56 Detroit truetrac
Stoptech BBK

Thanks for your input...

#1 is pushing your truck's limits but should be OK. Forget #2, that's not really 1/2 ton towable.

#2 does not look like a hybrid trailer.

Otherwise, I agree with glc.
