Huh ? Unless your 09' is a lot different, when I yanked my rear seats out, the floor was "anything but flat" ! But I knew before I yanked it, that I would be building a false, flat, carpeted rear floor and wall.

Looked great after that. Wish I'd have taken a few photos of it, before I "half filled it" with my sub box.....

But anyway.
