2wd height vs 4wd height?

Front height on the 4WD is one inch higher (due to shocks, they use the same coils), rear will sit 1 5/8" higher (block).
Theoretically, your truck should be 1 1/2" higher in the front and pretty close to 4WD height in the rear. 4WD tires might add another 3/4" in height (stock 2WD = 235/70/17, stock 4WD = 265/70/17, which works out to about an 1 1/2" dia difference/2 = 3/4").

If you did get it that high, I'd go with 3" blocks in the rear. That's just me though, I like a little rake. If you want to tow or fill the bed you'd probably end up sagging a lot. Also, I've seen a lot of 4x4's with the 2.5 AS that are a little saggy in the rear even without anything in the bed. That 2.5 AS seems to over do it and brings the front up just a little too much.
I'm stock 2wd in the front with the OEM 4x4 blocks in the back, I really like the look a lot.
