I used my Xcal2 to datalog the coolant temperature and set the two sensors at 196 and 204. As mentioned, the factory is at 196. The measurement Troyer recommends of 204/214 appears to using an infrared thermometer pointed at the radiator and not the coolant temperature directly, so I think if you measure the coolant temp directly, you should do what I did... 196 and 204. I've never verified these numbers w/ Troyer, but rather be safe than sorry when it came to be 1600 mile trip last week.
