his is electronically controlled. no vacuum modulator or kickdown cable.

did you take the tps off the throttle body? if so did you put it back on properly? plug it back in? kinda sounds like you put it on wrong, or left it unplugged. it is suppose to be set on the tb so that the throttle moves it.
