x2. If you can catch your fingernail in it all you can do is repaint it. You cant match touch up, and that obviously wont buff out. I work at a paint and body shop and we get that all the time. Even if someone keys your truck down the bedside, you have to sand the clear and the scratch. Then fix the scratch depending on how deep maybe with spot putty. After you get all that smoothed out you have to spray the paint and blend into what is already painted and then re-clear the whole bed side. Deep scratches can be major pains. If you want it fixed right, and to look good. You have to get it repainted.
