I have a 2005 F150 s-crew 5.4L 47,000KM/29,000MI. When I first start it, I hear a loud ticking noise that goes away when the idle comes down. I hear it again when I accelerate. I was told its either an exhaust leak at the cats or manifold and was also told 2005 models have an extended warranty on injectors due to problems. Dealership wants it on the diagnostic $100 but i told them there are no codes showing up. Any ideas??
