Hey 06', neither... I used the clear liquid, in the squeeze bottle. Super easy to apply, and I didn't have to worry about getting so much back off of the powder coat, as you would if you actually used it on your paint (which again, I don't recommend).

Hey 05', that's good to know, as I will only use it on the wheels and bumpers (places where it won't run down onto anything) and not on the door handles or trim > in the Winter. Oh, here in Nor Cal, it only rains between October, and pretty much April ;-)
