I was under my dash this weekend and saw what I suspect is the dinger/truck speaker for the random noises it makes. No sense for me to take it out as I don't mind its conveniences. It was under the dash, kind of near the flashing red light/light sensor for automatic lights. It was way up there. You can see it if looking up with the knee panel removed. I wouldn't cut it though.
