Pump is furnace brazed, low stall. Stator has phenolic (plastic) spacers on both sides. Turbine hub rivets may or may not be solid. Standard o-ring type seal. Friction measures 10inch ID by 11&1/4 OD with 3 grooves for faster smoother apply. Turbine is not brazed.
04+ 4r75 specs
Pumps are all furnace brazed most are medium stall.
Steel stator cap on pump side with bearing. Solid teflon sealing ring. Friction measures 10 inch ID by 10.5 OD has 4 grooves, Rivets are solid. Turbine is brazed. All full size truck converters until the newest transmission are considered 12 inch units.
