here are the ford part numbers for the bolt and the shims.
19D648 -- A/C clutch hub spacer
N805332-S58-- A/C clutch bolt
you need to check the air gap between the pully and clutch. it should be (0.014-0.030in).

if the air gap is wrong, you need to remove the clutch and insert the shims at the bottom of clutch shaft, and if it hasnt fallen all the way out, the original shims should be in place still.

there is just a small flat washer inbetween the bolt and the compressor clutch.

almost forgot, the torque on the retaining bolt is 10ft lbs.
