With the flashing OD light there is now a stored transmission code that needs to be read to have any idea of what the computer didn't like. Without that this is all a guessing game.

The only indication that the dealership can have that the truck was flashed is that it will give them a P1000 code telling them that it hasn't been driven long enough since you reset it back to stock. Other than that there is really no way.

Not sure what they will do about the tires and a lot of that depends on if they can be related to the stored code. Some places are worse than others about stuff like that for sure though.

Sorry to not have any real answers, but anyone who says they know at this point is either psychic, psycho or just not real good with the truth.
