Yes I have accomplished the search and read what is written on the site... BUT, i want to tell my story and see what yall think.

So a little background on my truck... 2007, 5.4, VMP tuner (87 Perf tune), 33" nitto terra grapplers, and a leveling kit.

So... I was driving into work this morning, going about 49-50 MPH, the truck is in OD as usual. All of the sudden it pops out of OD for like 2 seconds. I didnt even think twice about it as it went right back into OD. Then i get thru the gate at work, and the OD light starts to blink, and the message center reads "TRANS FAULT". After about 10 seconds, it stops blinking and everything is GTG.

At lunch today, being the worrisome person that i am, i decided to go out and "fix" the tune on it. I had the shift pressures up 10% from what VMP had it at. So i put the truck back to stock, then put the tune back on it with the shift pressures back the way they were originally.

So I am driving home and am slowing down to stop for a red light... I was going about 10 MPH and the OD light starts blinking again and the "TRANS FAULT" comes on. I stop for the light and after about 10 seconds, the lights turn off and everything is normal...

SOOOO... I am woried. I only have 22k miles on the truck. What should I do? take it to the dealership? If so, should i put the truck back to stock? are they going to know that it was tuned? will they fix it with the bigger tires and what not?

Any and ALL answers will be greatly appreciated. I dont need my truck to die on me when I'm going down the road... HELP ME PLEASE!
