You are not going to get any help from many on here unless it's about Linex or Rhinl liners. I have done six trucks now with Herculiner, have never tried Duplicolor, so I can't comment on that. The main thing for a decent job is the prep work. Yes, you should tape anything you don't want to get the stuff on. Scuffing up the bed, and whatever else you decide to do, is important also. I always did one full day prepping and then the first coat of Herculine, then the second day the second coat went on.

I can say that I looked at Duplicolor once, and was not impressed with it, but, do what you want, and what you can afford.

Remember, PREP.
