Troyer had
sml175's new strategy June 16.
sml175 received his tunes from Troyer June 24.
That is 6 business days; not the 3-5 weeks
sml175 was quoted over the phone with Crystal@TP.
It takes a VERY short time to complete a tune file IF you don't have anything else in queue, so obviously this was put as a priority.
