Roush supercharger and cooling issues
My fan never come on unless I sit at a stop light for more that a few mins, I also have a very cheap set of fans not one issue with them. either way E fans are just better than the stocker
I tow, run my truck hard occasionally, and they have been fine.
Same here. I very seldom use the a/c.
We busted an 80 year old record high yesterday by 3 degrees at 102. That's hot, even for August. The heat index brought it to 110.
I've been mulling the radiator over and I went ahead and ordered it. Since the shoud and fan will have to come back out for the supercharger install, it's not a lot more work to replace the radiator. Those plastic tanks always made me nervous anyway. This high pressure system generating all this heat needs to move on before I start working on it again.

Thought I'd post some pics of the stock HD cooling radiator next to the Ford Racing unit. It's a direct replacement for my 2008 although the catalog says 2004 - 2006. If you tackle this project, you will save yourself a lot of grief finding the right disconnect tool. I ended up having to make one. Most 3/8 disconnect tools are too thick in the wall area to fit within the recess.

I probably should mention that Troyer's e-fan mounting brackets worked fine with this radiator, as well.

Thats a badass radiator! Its in my list of things to do when I finally get efans Ill do that at the same time! That radiator should never have a problem, 99% of radiator leaks that I see at my shop are where the plastic meet aluminum fails to seal after a while.
