Flush Transmission at 30K for $189?
The dealer wants to do a transmission flush on my 2007 FX4 at 30K miles. Their price is $189 which includes the 15 quarts of trans fluid. I tow a 4000 lb boat with my truck on occasion, but it is used mainly for driving around town and when going on vacation.
I do not mind spending the money, but I want to make sure it is a good practice and the price from the Ford dealer is within reason. I do not want to do it myself.
