its not just the spec that matters so much on the valve body, its the sequence, its a very fickle installation. think about it, theres hundreds of little vanes with corners and such, any irregularity causes just enough distortion to cause little problems or major problems. i think both chiltons/haynes (crap manuals imho) have the sequence and specs for the VB. cheap books, also check out autozone.com they have a section that has the chiltons/haynes book online which may cover what your looking for.

yeah i suppose your right, it should flag something if that was the case.
