my 07 f150 used to get warm inside when sitting in traffic for a lil while but i added 2 14" fans in front of the radiator (helped out alot) and it gets around mid 40's comming out of the vents in about a min after i crank it in 100 deg temp here in se Texas when its been sitting all day in the sun. and cools the cab down in the 60's in about 10-20 min of driving then i turn it down cause its cold in there. i also have very dark window tint which helps alot.
i plan on adding electric fans to my superduty here shortly to help cool it down it gets warm in there to. cheap fans not those expensive ones talked about in this forum used to replace the engine driven fan but just something to help it out.
