I imagine I could space them by fabbing up some spacers. I need to think up something I can use as spacers. I need them to be 1/2 - 3/4" thick and probably the size of a quarter each. I don't want to use washers, preferably a hard plastic.

This is on a V6 motor by the way. I have a buddy who says his efans only cut on while he is idling so I figure if I can't fab up the spacers immediately I should be ok for a little bit.
