Not sure what you mean by "the wires were pulled all the way out of the metal pins inside the connector"

If the wires were broken off, remove the pins from the connector, resolder the wires back on, and put them back into the connector.

Not sure why your local dealer was no help, the Connector # is C2286, which shows the wire harness of 14401. I am not sure how much wire this is, or what it includes. You are not going to find this exact connector alone at a Ford dealer.

You can try the Motorcraft pigtail catalog, to see if you can find a pin that is similar, but you would be removing the pins, and soldering the wire onto your truck's harness, and putting it back into the same connector.

Same advice as ELVATO, try a junk yard in your area for it.

The audible alarm is not on a fuse, so give up that idea.
