That is the correct temperature for a healthy system. Unfortunately living down there it does make the sytem stretch out a bit. Your system is as normal as possible.
I've seen some new trucks putting out a SST (port temperature) of 65 deg. F and still being within spec.
Do not add any additional R-34 or lubricant.
