I bought my 07 truck 3 weeks ago and yesterday I took it to the dealer to have the A/C checked out because the air was cool, but not COLD. The mechanic stated it is not as cold as it should be so they were going to check for leaks. As he was recycling my freon, he noticed my truck was "overcharged" which would cause A/C issue. The overcharge was done at the factory because my truck only has 5500 miles on it...
Take it to the dealer/or diff dealer to have it checked out.
There is no reason why it should not be in mid 40's at a standstill on the highest setting.
