So how cool should the air be coming out the ducts?

My 2007 F150 supercab came from the dealer with ineffective airconditioning. I took it back th first day, but they swear that it is operating as good as it should. On a 95 Degree day, after 35 minutes of driving:
-The temperature inside the cab is cooled to 79 degrees,
-The temperature of the air coming from the ducts is 53 degrees.

In texas it gets to 110 degrees. Last summer the only way driving the truck was comfortable was if the vents were pointed directly at me, but I do not have duct readings or temp readings for that time.
