Supercharged 5.4L 4x4 What shift kit?

I have an 01 expo eb 5.4L 4x4 i plan on going from 8psi to 10psi lots of other mods water/meth injection etc etc. I have a custom tune and my tuner did adjust the tq modulation on my 4r100. My qustion is what transgo shift kit should i get IE: i had a 95 Z-28 with heavey mods to my engine and very heavy mods to my 4l60e and it was not fun in traffic from 1st to 2ed hit very hard but very fun with your foot in it leaving a mean patch from 1 to2 and a small chrip 2 to 3. im not looking to do this in my expo but i do want it a little stiffer. i dont do any towing and if i do it will only be small stuff like a dirt bike trailer. what kit is best for my app and whats the hard ship with instaling it?? thanks John

I wouldn't put a shift kit in,,,you wont like it and will probably drive like your Z did.

This it what all the Lightning guys go with.
A valve body. It will shift quick and hard when your heavy on the gas and you wont hardly know it's there during regular driving.

Only thing is you'll need to set your torque modulation back to the stock settings when you install it.

What blower are you running?
