is there a way and would it be worth it...

to put a transmission cooler on a V8 97 f150 with a manual transmission, I mostly tow a boat and a small camper every once in a while and it probably wouldn't be necessary to put one on my truck but it is more of a curiosity thing

also how does a trans cooler help me in towing and daily driving
