If I haven't already sent you some instructions/notes send me your email. 10 hrs sounds reasonable with fuel pump. Some of the items you can install on the truck before the SC to get a jump start, ie fuel pump, lower pulley, heat exchanger/pump/hoses.

Basically you strip top of motor down and then start putting all the stuff in the picture on, then a bunch more parts. Everything is plug and play. No drilling or welding or even cutting wires if you have the set up above in the picture. A piece of cake!
