When I am towing my travel trailer my tranny gets pretty hot when I go up steep inclines like in pa. mountains. I have seen temperatures around 210 as per my edge display. My truck has the factory tow package with the heavy duty cooler, and I changed the tranny pan to a deeper b&m aluminum pan with royal purple max synthetic and it still runs hot. I was thinking about replacing the factory cooler with a derale atomic cooler. Has anyone done this, or know what I need for fittings etc.
