I prefer to take the factory ones right out and replace with something bigger in hopes of keeping the line pressure close to stock. To me the stock cooler won't be doing jack with the B&M in there and then there is all the extra line and connections to leak.
If you wanted both I would have it go to the OEM cooler first then to the B&M and back to the trans. The B&M is where it will get all the cooling so I would want that to get back to the trans as fast as possible. Just my two cents.
