pic up a rebuild kit from richmond on even the dealer and its the same process pull the cover pull the set pin the pull the spiders retainer pin slide each axel in pull the c clips slide the axels out pull the carrier main bolts pull out the diff then loosen up the pinion nut hit the pinion with a brass punch to freeit up pull off the nut slide out the pinion replace the bearings and the crush sleeve the reverse it should only take you 3.5-4hrs (note make sure you change the crush collar and also make sure you put the correct gear oil because thats how mine was blown up no 80-90w at least mine takes 75 140w synthetic )
