Read what he said again. He wasnt saying he likes chrome he said pull the chrome ones and buy some black ones to put on your truck. He also suggested buying a black toolbox for your truck. Now that being said you can either by some or powdercoating them would be your best option I think. Unless your planning on having them professionally done. But powdercoating is tougher and last longer from my expieriences.
