Thnx sir,,,I feel a little better now. Like I said, my friends diesel was doing something similar to yours and mine and once he cleaned the battery terminals (to where the lead was almost shining) he has not had problem one w/his. It just un-nerving wondering if it's ever going to happen again. NO VEHICLE that I have ever owned has left me stranded and I really want peace of mind when I get in my truck or Exploder. **Went and read the link you posted up,,good info within that 3 pages.** Thnx again.

W/almost 70K miles and just picking up the vehicle I will do some preventive maintenance so I will fell better.
1) Clean battery terminals
2) Oil change
3) Fuel filter change
4) Front/Rear gear lube change
5) Tranny flush.
