you know, 2 out of the three tucks i have done, werent bad, my uncles was a batch but that was cuz it was flood damage truck that he got cheap but...,
i always use a homemade penetrating oil made of 2-stoke oil, brake fluid, and a little wd-40 mixed together.
If the look bad soak them a few times, then tighten them a little to break the rust loose then if you have the acess to a impact gun hook that up to them and go to work,impact is better than just force alone.
if you have a forklift, we always clamp 2 4x4's in to the bed rails and pick it up with our forklift(we are lazy)
