Zombie, I've had my liner in my truck for about 3 years now and looked under it a few times and can see no significant damage and since I bought the truck slightly used, those little scratches might have already been there. Take into consideration, too, that I live in an arid enviroment. I will tell you though, that I hate the thing because it is slicker than snot on a doorknob and everything that goes in the bed of my truck has to be restrained in someway or it will fly around like a country girl at her first square dance, so be prepared to own lots of bungee cords.
