I got some of my lines and fittings in today. I got everything to get me from the cell to the pump to the rails and back from the regulator. Im going to figure out exactly what i need for the rails and back to the regulator and order the rest tomorrow. I ordered the rails from Lethal Performance monday and they are getting drop shipped from Aeromotive so i am shooting for the fuel system to be done this weekend.
I got a PM on svtperformance saying that my blower, plenum, and throttle body and midplate are done except for the new upper pulley that he is putting on tomorrow. So the goal is to have the fuel system and supercharger on by the end of the weekend.

Here is what i got so far:

I am going to mount the regulator and run the return tomorrow and get the wiring harness put on. Finally starting to wrap up the never ending build. It has been in pieces for 7 months. I got a lot done this weekend. I got the balancer on, lower pulley on, both belts, the vacume lines figured out and on, put the starter on and wired it, finished up the fuel system. Now all that is left is to wire the fuel pump, put some mufflers on it, go pick up a sct meter, and check everything over once more. I think this site is cursed, when i say i plan on something i end up needing to order more parts, so i am not saying a day but it will have all the parts to finish friday
I went to the shop and spent a little quality time alone with her last night. I washed her with dish soap, and used a hot pressure washer on her to get all the crap the nasty crap off her. I used a clay barr on her and put on a coat of cleaner wax. After four hours to get to this point i called it a night. I am going to put two more coats on her before i bring her home on monday. I am going to bring her back home monday since all i have is the little stuff left and finish her here. It is getting so close!!!

I am just ready to drive it again. I can't wait! I am going to have a learning curve when I start driving it again, stock motor and a vortech to a built motor and a eaton. Two totally different power curves. It's going to be fun.

Tomorrow is the big day!

Tomorrow she will hopefully take her first breath. I got the fuel pump wired and let the pump run while i checked for leaks. I had two loose fittings but it went suprisingly good. I got the 02's put in along with the extensions. My mufflers should be here tomorrow so i can finish up the exhaust. I am going to my tuners tomorrow after work and getting a BA meter and taking my programmer and having him write me a start up tune and picking up a few sensors.
So if everything goes good late tomorrow night i plan to have it started. I have been waiting for this for a while and i cant wait. Wish me luck, i am getting nervous as he##.

Warning long post

She is running She did it kicking and screaming though. I started off the morning by checking the plugs and the first one i pulled the wire off i found the washer i lost when we put the supercharger on. It was perfectly on the sparkplug at the bottom so after 2 hours of superglue i was still where i started. I took a 10mm deep well socket and cut on each side about 1/2 inch and filled the socket with superglue and hammered it on and let it sit. I got lucky and turned the whole plug out by the porcelin. Then we started to put water in it and found that i didnt put the plug in the side of the block and water was running out. This would not be an issue if it wasnt behind the motor mount. So another hour and a half later it was holding water. After all this mess i knew it was going to be a long day. I loaded the tune and hit the key and she turned over with no problems. I called Blankenship and told him everything that i did and that i was getting ready to fire it up. I gave it one more once over and turned the fuel pump on and hit the key and click. My battery was at my buddies shop so i was using an old battery i had in the shop. I pulled the battery out of my focus and put it in. I turned the fuel pump on hit the key and click again. I checked the starter and the power wire was loose, i fixed that. I jumped back in and hit the key and it turned over, i turned on the fuel pump, hit the key and it fired right up. No leaks of any kind, it sounded mean, JLP stage 3 cams, 3" exhaust with magnaflow mufflers sounds awesome. I am so happy it is finally running again. I am taking my gf out tonight since i havent spent any time at all lately with her since i been workin on the truck. D@mn what a day
