I got the new Bakflip HD, it's a really nice cover, only had it for 1.5 months though.
The old G1 cover had those problems, but everything is good now.
I have a source (online store where I bought mine) to buy the Bakflip at a good price if you want the info, I've been hooking people up in the 09 F150 forum. Just email me through my profile if you're interested and I can give you the details.
