No you can't.
You'll be just like all the other guys who have posted forum questions: not know where all the wires go, and looking for creative ways to mount the fans.
I agree that for the fans & controllers alone, the price is high. However, you are getting also getting the detailed installation guide and custom brackets. Nobody who has bought a Troyer kit, has had to post questions on where the wires go, or where/how to mount the fans.
