I masked off the front corner and underneath of my rear bumper and applied the same type of stuff. It took a while to do multiple coats, but it looks good and I don't have to worry about road debris sandblasting my rear bumper. This stuff is tough & looks like it came this way from the factory!

I had a piece chunk off after this winter and had to redo it yesterday after two years. I chiseled most of it off masked it and reapplied 4 coats in about 3 hours. The hardest part was getting the tape off. I wish Ford would come up with a plastic protector for the bumper like this. (Similar to the plastic chip protector behind the rear tire and bumper.) I'll get some pictures up soon for you all to see.
