i have used both, currently have the troyer kit installed now and the fal is in the garage. the troyer kit has been on almost a year now and i have not had any problems. there was one day where i was going down the highway and cut the ac on and for some reason it took about 5 min. for the fan to kick on and the truck to start cooling. only did it once so go figure. the fal kit gave me no problems at all either. actually they have one of the best controllers out there.
