i have the pioneer F900BT and i had to buy a separate thing for my steering wheel controls. im pretty sure most if not all will work with the steering wheel controls but you have to buy this aftermarket thing (sorry cant remember the name just google it) it was like $40.

The piece that we usually use to interface steerwheel controls to aftermarket decks is by Peripheral and called Peswips.

In order for a deck to work with steeringwheel controls, the deck must have ways called a wired remote input.

All Pioneer DVD/Nav players for the past 3 years have the ability for SWC. PAC SWIPS (is the part)

Unfortunately, the SWI-PS does not work with any of the Pioneer AVH receivers, according to the PAC web site.
