good luck man, be prepared for problems you didnt think you would face and always have some extra cash on you for little things you didnt plan on either.

What are you running for steering? im not too familiar with that body style F-150, do you have a steering box in there or a rack and pinion? if a rack and pinion what steering box are you going to use? for 40's a drag link and tie rod with a steering box should be a fine setup but if you plan on running 44's or 52's you going to probably need hydro steering or a hydro assist.

you going to have to run a high steer set up for over the leafs in front what are the donor vehicles for the D60's?

this should be a bad ass build but if you going to run massive tires like you plan make sure all your stuff is ROCK solid. all your spring mounts and front crossmember.
