Ah. Had no idea what you were running since you didn't post any info on your truck
The thing I will say about running bigger tires, plan on re-gearing. The engine and tranny life will suffer with stock gearing if you run 37's. I've been under-geared on trucks before and I hate it.
If you can't afford to re-gear, I wouldn't bother upsizing tires.
I did just see someones gallery with a leveling kit and body lift and it looked pretty decent with the steps to hide the frame. My body lifts normally came out looking okay with gap guards and modified hitches.
