If the coil-overs are in good shape that sounds like a great deal.
I don't have anything against body lifts, but if you can fit 35's with those adjusted to 2" or so, why bother with a body lift?
The body lifts for the newer body styles are expensive and VERY time consuming to install. The reason I used body lifts on rangers and stuff were because I wanted 33's and the suspension lifts were overpriced garbage that didn't improve ground clearance or wheel travel.
Plus the frame sits pretty low on the newer f150's anyway, you'd definitely atleast want steps to hide some of the frame.

I say get the coil-overs, an add-a-leaf and 35's and be happy with it. If you want a body lift after a while, then do it. No legal place to off road? Where do you live? Sounds horrible
