Fiberglass Tonneau from Factory?

I recently bought a used 2003 SuperCrew. I've seen several around town that have identical hard fiberglass tonneau covers. I'm guessing they were a factory option. Does anyone know what brand these are? They look really nice and I like how they seem to mold to the body.
Or are there comparable brands and styles that are better?

Thanks,
Mark

Mine didn't come from the factory with a tonneau, but I had a Snuglid put on within a few days of purchase. I like it. Other people prefer other lids. There are quite a few reputable lid manufacturers out there.

Probably a dealer-added option. I'd see the local dealer and inquire.

I've never heard of a hard lid from the factory.

I say the same thing "from the factory" even though it is the stealerships options.

.... or just follow one of those "other" trucks until they pull in to a shopping mall, mini-mart (or police station?) and ask them?

I have a LoRider from Raider Industries. I don't have any issues with the one I have. It did rather well during Hurricane Ike.

Welcome to the site!

ARE and Leer make nice ones. If you have a local craigslist, quite often, lids will be offered there. Maybe even in your color.

Ford is using LEER as stated in the above post. I have an ARE, edgeless and love it. It's the only ARE model that is fully adjustable, you can adjust the height it rides off of your bed rails just by screwing 6 bumper stops mounted to the frame of it. Paint match was great, easy to take off, but quite heavy. It took me time to get over the price though.

Well if we're going to start posting lid pics, here's my Snugtop Snuglid.

I love the low profile look. Much lower look than Leer or ARE. Flows with the lines of the truck much better.
