Not sure what you're asking with the AWD/4WD question... it was 4LO... I've never driven anything that was geared as an AWD when it was in 4LO. *shrugs*
If you had seen the motor, you would understand why it overheated.
It was ENCASED in very thick, dense, clayey mud.
