As requested: Pics of my Superlift/RCD 7" lift

I finally got around to taking a couple pics. I was running out of daylight.....so the quality isn't exactly the best.

I parked it next to my buddy's GMC for "scale". It has a 6 inch lift and 35's

It sits pretty level. With the bed empty, the rear has a 1/4" larger gap.

From this angle, you can really see the size difference between Ford and Chevy

The real thing.....double nickel, mirror polished CHROME!! These will not pit or peel.....

I guess now I have to paint my brake calipers....... Just ignore the cheap lug-nuts. I had to pick these up from a local tire shop. The "good ones" are still on back-order.

Belly-pan:

Here you can see how the sway-bar drop brackets tie into both the rear crossmember, and the truck frame. Combined with the belly-pan, they form an extremely rigid assembly and eleminate the need for "compression struts"

I am un-happy about this:

I spent a month in the salt air of Daytona beach......and everything started rusting. The skid plate had rust bubbles underneath the paint when I took it out of the box. After a few weeks, all the paint had flaked off the front. The paint is starting to flake off the sway bar brackets as well. I'll have to remove all this stuff soon and re-paint it. The crossmembers appear to have a different finish on them, and don't seem to be effected. Even the Bilstein's began to rust. I to put some clear on before I installed them, but didn't have time. Guess I'll be painting those too......

46" all the way around, +/- .25 I can't get an accurate measurement due to the fact that the truck is sitting on gravel at the moment.

thats what im sitting at with my BDS. i was sitting next to a 04-05 f150 the other day with a 6" fabtech, 20" rockstars, mud grapplers, my truck sat up about 2 inches higher in the rear and about 1/2 and inch in the front. i never realized about how much my AAL made a difference until then.
