i wasnt planning on doing a completly brake pedal to the floor stop anytime soon with 2,500lbs of bricks in the bed. i had a 460 back there for a while on that mat it never moved and i didnt have anything straped to it and it was in the winter when my truck was sliding and what not that thing wouldnt move on that mat.

Oh by the way i had my truck over loaded again this time only for a block in my buddys sub. we loaded up a cut up tree my truck was about an inch or so from bump stops

I have no pictures but Ive done a questionable load or two with my E250, S-10, 72 F150. Probably the worse one was with the 85 F150 inline six 5 speed, pulled a 75 pontiac grand lemans, heavy as haaail with a tow bar for 5 hours on the interstate. The following week a tie rod end broke on it.. pucker power baby.

 

well my F-150 was at it again...maybe i should get an Add-a-leaf this time 5,000lbs. they ran out of trailers and room on the trailers. exertion with 3 5,000lbs skids 1 17,000lbs skid loader. a tahoe with 2 5,000lbs skids and my truck with 1 5,000lbs skid i was on bump stops we took back roads for about 5 miles never got on a road that wasnt 25mph. my truck did fine i could stop fine water temp was 185* tranny temp never went above 150* it was a pretty ruff ride on bump stops. anyways heres a picture


The day after this i felt bad for my truck so my buddys dad took the skid loader and well...confuzed my leaf springs to say the least...

i doubt that load would've blown the trans. in the cummins... my dad used to have a 00 cummins with the 4 speed auto on 35's with a chip and propane injection. it was his work truck so he hauled alot of trailer concrete mixers and other big stuff. it was only after the mods his boss go for it that the transmission went out. comparing a 1/2 tranny to a 3/4 tranny isnt very smart anyways

what picture? it looks kind of crooked in the 2nd one prob because there is no weght on it. No flaming comments this time zaairman? i never went above 25 mph it was pretty fun untill i hit a few bumps truck ran fine with it. if my truck were to turn into a human itd prob beat me with a wrench and throw 5,000 lbs on me and say how do you like it?!

 

No, in the first one. The wheel doesn't line up right with the truck bed. And flaming? Well, lets see. There is NO WAY that skid weighed 5,000lbs. Your wimpy mis-matched P rated tires WOULD have burst with all of that weight on them. I could go on and on...
